Resident Testimonials:

  • Living in Cloverleaf Mobile Community is… being home! My father and I moved both our homes here just under a year ago and we both love it. It is clean, well kept, safe comfortable place to live. I can honestly say it is the friendliest neighborhood I have ever lived in. We have weekly coffees, monthly potlucks, dinner out at a restaurant once a month, a yearly craft show… all kinds of activities. Join us at Cloverleaf… come home! Beverly Sinclair
  • Being a native of Fort Collins, I have lived various places in my life. When early retirement occurred, I wanted my new home to be only in Cloverleaf Community!
This is truly my ‘little slice of heaven’ and have been privileged to live here better than 8 years. This community is the friendliest, caring and helpful group of people! I have a passion – and it is gardening!! How blessed am I to have friends (neighbors) who also enjoy caring for their homes and yards!! We seem to share lots of seeds and plants and compare their progress daily! There’s hardly a day go by that someone walking by, doesn’t stop and we talk about the flowers/vegetable gardens, failures and successes.
The Cloverleaf staff are all so fun and very helpful! Love ’em all to pieces!! Could I live anywhere else and/or in Fort Collins? I certainly could, but when I’ve got this sublime ‘slice of heaven’ here, there’s not enough money in the universe to have me live somewhere else!! If you are looking for a new place to live, may I highly suggest you take a good look at our wonderful Cloverleaf Community!! Kathie Mills
  • My husband and I moved to Cloverleaf Mobile Home Park in September of 2006. After a very unpleasant situation at another park here in Ft. Collins, we were fortunate enough to find Cloverleaf. This is a park that has been in existence for at least 40 years. It has had the same wonderful managers here for approximately 30 years. We can’t say enough about this park. It is so well maintained, and the managers and the owner really do care about their residents. If there is a complaint, it is acted upon as soon as possible. The friendliness of the residents in outstanding, with activities going on all the time. We have coffee on Wednesday mornings, dinner out one night, a month, a monthly potluck, bible study with members of many faiths, and special events sponsored by the park managers. If we were given a choice of living anywhere in Ft. Collins, it would be here at Cloverleaf Mobile Home Park. Merlin and Lois Hanson
